3W Networks has been selected to deliver the telecom and security systems for Qatar Petroleum Idd El-Shargi North Dome (ISND) oilfield development project.
The Idd El-Shargi field, located 85 kilometres east of Doha in the Arabian Gulf, is one of Qatar’s major offshore oilfields, consisting of the bigger North Dome and the smaller South Dome.
At the ISND Phase 5 production station and distant wellheads platforms, 3W Networks, in collaboration with top manufacturers, will offer cutting-edge ICT and security systems, including a telephone system, CCTV, VHF radio system, ICT network, and cybersecurity consultant service. Engineering design, procurement, integration, installation, and commissioning are all included in the scope of work.
