Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) announced the formation of its new Emirates & Africa organization on November 1st, bringing together the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Africa businesses. Ahmad Alkhallafi, who will oversee HPE’s operations in the United Arab Emirates and Africa, will lead the new organization.
Ahmad joined HPE in 2020 as the Managing Director for HPE in the UAE, where he was in charge of driving business growth and ensuring high levels of customer and partner satisfaction. Ahmad is a member of the Dubai International Chamber of Commerce and has over 16 years of experience working in the UAE’s technology sector. Prior to joining HPE, he was a board member of the Emirates Post Group’s Electronic Document Center and helped launch the Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du), where he led Enterprise Government sales and oversaw the design of new products, services, and solutions for private cloud computing.

Ahmad will be responsible for teams in the UAE and Africa, as well as key initiatives to drive HPE’s engagement in the region, in his new role. He will continue to work closely with government and private sector organizations to accelerate digital transformation and tech innovation across the region, aligning company-wide priorities with local business strategies.
The regional headquarter is located in Dubai Internet City, a member of TECOM Group PJSC and the region’s largest tech hub.
