ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corporation and a provider of enterprise IT management solutions, announced the release of Analytics Plus 6.0, featuring a major upgrade—Spotlight, an AI-driven contextual recommendations engine. This innovative feature is designed to pinpoint inefficiencies in IT operations and propose corrective actions.
According to the 2023 State of Analytics Engineering Report, nearly 50% of directors identified delays in deriving business insights as a critical challenge. Spotlight addresses this by significantly reducing the time IT managers and CIOs spend analyzing data and identifying operational issues. By integrating decision intelligence, the platform now enables faster, more accurate decision-making, closing a critical gap in traditional analytics tools.
For example, Analytics Plus can evaluate the relationship between IT asset age, failure rates, and repair times, suggesting optimal asset replacement schedules. This ensures organizations avoid premature asset disposal and maintain productivity by replacing assets at the right time.
