Barracuda Networks, Inc., a trusted partner and provider of cloud-first security solutions, has named Joe Billante as its new Chief Financial Officer. Billante brings more than 20 years of executive leadership and finance experience to Barracuda, having successfully led companies through business transformations, international expansion, and accelerated growth.

Billante comes to Barracuda from eBay, where he spent the previous 13 years in various business, finance, and analytics executive leadership roles. Prior to eBay, he spent 11 years at General Electric in a variety of finance roles, including CFO of GE Healthcare’s $1 billion international division.
