Commvault Ransomware Protection and Response Services provide customers with the tools and experience they need to harden their Commvault systems against an attack, monitor the condition of their data protection solution over time, and assist them in recovering vital data if an attack occurs.
Customers can use the Ransomware Protection Design and Plan service to validate their continuous threats and attacks readiness. The service will assist firms in identifying potential dangers and risks that may affect their ability to be prepared. It includes a readiness scorecard, significant findings, and suggestions, as well as a prioritized action plan.
The Commvault Ransomware Response Service provides the skills and resources needed to recover after a ransomware attack. Commvault provides a Ransomware Recovery Incident Manager as part of the service, who is supported by the Commvault Recovery Operations team.
These services complement Commvault’s Ransomware Protect and Recover solutions, which provide key ransomware data protection capabilities.
