D-Link Corporation encourages regional channel partners to come together and join forces to maximize current and future market opportunities.

In today’s digital age where customer experience triumphs everything else, it is imperative that regional channel partners focus on collaboration to offer overarching out-of-the-box and invaluable products and services to customers.

Sakkeer Hussain, Director, Sales and Marketing, D-Link Middle East, commented, “The past year has been unexpectedly challenging socially and economically – more so, for the channel community and yet we have seen many companies rise up to the task and innovatively make the most of market circumstances to emerge successfully. They have kept the customer at the center of their business strategies and collaborated together to ensure customers are able to operate seamlessly in the evolving new digital normal. With Ramadan around the corner, at D-Link we are inspiring channel partners to collaborate and innovate.”

Usually a quiet period, this year the networking leader expects business as usual since the dynamics of working have been transformed by the pandemic.

Hussain added, “Work-from-home and remote work models will allow channel partners to continue business during this time and simultaneously observe the holy month of Ramadan. Now more than ever, partners have to adapt to the changing customer preferences that the new normal has been defining. This essentially means being agile and always available, offering flexible options and most of all understanding the customer’s evolving business models.”

D-Link has strengthened its channel investments over the past year and continued to enhance its approach towards channel sales, channel marketing and partner enablement. This includes launching a number of avant-garde products, in-depth training and support as well as resources to expand customer base.

Recently the company has also won the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2021 for its pioneering DMS-106XT Multi Gigabit Unmanaged Switch, DCS-8635LH 2K QHD Pan & Zoom Outdoor Wi-Fi Camera, and DCS-8526LH Full HD Pan & Tilt Pro Wi-Fi Camera.

“Collaboration is the key to success, and we urge our partners to examine how they can fill the gaps in the market to help customers thrive in today’s digital landscape. We wish all our customers, channel and technology partners a happy and blessed month of Ramadan ahead,” Hussain concluded.
