Microsoft has made a financial investment in Darwinbox in addition to the co-innovation roadmap to advance its goal of enabling enterprises to integrate their whole employee lifecycle.

The relationship will accelerate joint go-to-market motions in all markets where the leading Human Capital Management (HCM) player operates. It will also fuel the global HR tech leader’s growth further while enabling organizations to unlock their workforce’s highest potential.

As part of this partnership, Darwinbox will upgrade its Human Capital Management (HCM) SaaS platform by utilising Microsoft Azure.
