Dataiku, the preferred enterprise AI platform at top companies around the world, announced the launch of Dataiku Online, which makes their enterprise AI and machine learning software available as a fully online service for smaller, more agile organizations. Dataiku Online is fully managed by Dataiku, which allows companies of any size to access the full power of its enterprise-grade data platform without added pressure on IT to install and manage resources.

Dataiku Online provides everything a company needs to build powerful, collaborative analytics projects, with data preparation, AutoML and deployment all in one place. It has all of the key capabilities as Dataiku’s flagship on-premise product, with a few configuration and design tweaks to match its managed usage. The flexible interface enables collaboration across a broad range of business users and data teams users. With Dataiku Online, any of those user groups can start their data journey within minutes, connect to their data sources easily, and start deploying their projects in days.

“Collaboration and accessibility have always been of the utmost importance at Dataiku. We started developing Dataiku Online to address the needs of small and midsize businesses, in addition to startups, who don’t rely on on-premise technologies or custom clouds the way our enterprise customers do,” said Dataiku CEO Florian Douetteau. “Many of these companies are at the beginning of their journeys with data and analytics, and we want to help them access the full power of our end-to-end data science platform to leverage data and go further in their journey with machine learning while relieving some of the pressure to launch and maintain infrastructure. We believe that any company can benefit from great data tools, and Dataiku Online will make it easier for a whole new class of companies to access them.”

The platform also connects to the most widely used data stack and data storage tools to allow customers to fully leverage their modern data stack. Customers have the option to access Dataiku Online fully managed by Dataiku, or as a hybrid managed platform on Snowflake Big Query or Redshift.

Several customers have already tested the managed offering, and have found that it quickly enables teams to work collaboratively with a variety of sources of data, ultimately driving models to production much faster than with other tools. “Dataiku Online allows us to focus on analysis, not server administration. The customer service is fast as well. Data insights fuel our growth, and Dataiku Online enables us to develop insights faster than our competitors,” said Scott Walker, Managing Partner at Sarissa Partners.

Dataiku was founded in 2013 with the mission to democratize access to data insights for real people and enable enterprises to build their own path towards enterprise AI. The company has grown exponentially since, now serving hundreds of customers across the globe including Schlumberger, GE Aviation, Sephora, Unilever, BNP Paribas, Premera Blue Cross, and Kuka. Dataiku currently employs more than 600 people between offices in New York, Paris, London, Munich, Sydney, and Singapore.
