The GISEC Bug Bounty Program, which successfully completed at the Dubai World Trade Centre at GISEC Global 2022, the largest and most prominent cybersecurity event in the GCC, has chosen du as a founding partner.
Throughout the event, the GISEC Bug Bounty Program attracted a community of hackers, bug bounty hunters, InfoSec professionals, and government end-users for whom du provided digital tools and capabilities to detect and recommend solutions for cyber threats on the cyber-battleground.
More than 100 international ethical hackers took part in the GISEC Bug Bounty initiative, which was supported by du and the UAE Cybersecurity Council National Bug Bounty Program. They were tasked with hacking, identifying, and fixing software flaws in a variety of scenarios and mainframes, including electric cars, mobile phones, and drones.

GISEC Global focuses on ethical hacking with many onsite elements and activations under the subject “Enabling Future Cybercities: Everything Enabling, Everything Secure.” The event, which took place from March 21 to 23, featured five stages and a dedicated Government Stage, as well as new content tracks concentrating on healthcare, telecoms, critical infrastructure, and finance.
