When it comes to choosing a career path in today’s world, the sky is the limit. As far as the aviation sector is concerned, even the sky is not the limit. The rapid evolution of the aviation sector offers a chance for a disruptive and aggressive gender equality approach.
It is without question that women are competent and nothing should stand in their way of becoming successful professional individuals, whether they are pilots, aerospace engineers, or anything else.
The Dubai Airshow 2021, which is currently taking place in Dubai, invited the International Aviation Women’s Association to hold talks on the Aerospace 2050 Stage on November 14, 2021. The IAWA Talks celebrated the achievements of women executives in the aviation and aerospace industry.
The International Aviation Women’s Association (IAWA) discussed bringing gender balance to the workplace, specifically in the leadership sector, to ensure that the eco-system is most efficient and productive.
“It is exciting to see how the aerospace industry is preparing for an upturn despite all the headwinds of the pandemic. IAWA will once again bring together some of the most brilliant minds for insight, relevance, and value at the Dubai Airshow,” said Dr. Selda Konukcu IAWA VP, ME & ASIA.
