Dubai-Government Workshop demonstrates its latest services at GITEX

The Dubai-Government Workshop (DGW), as part of the Digital Dubai Pavilion, will participate in GITEX Technology Week from October 17 to 21 at the Dubai World Trade Center. DGW will demonstrate its latest services, provide information on new projects and innovations, and exhibit innovative solutions aimed at improving customer experience and the government service sector in the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE during this event.

DGW’s involvement in this big event aims to tell the public about the progress made in offering a simple and smooth experience for all customers by using technological advancements that assure safety measures in advance of the post-pandemic phase.

DGW will present its range of innovative solutions and systems, including smart applications, a corporate intelligence system, a vehicle fleet management system, and a system that measures employee happiness. This set of solutions supports the Dubai Paperless Strategy and prepares the way for the adoption of more sustainable behaviours, so assisting in environmental protection and crafting a better future for everybody.

The Vehicle Fleet Management System from DGW improves fleet performance and efficiency by anticipating work trends and assuring driver safety. Meanwhile, the Staff Happiness Index System improves employee happiness and assures a great positive service delivery.

DGW’s outstanding achievements, according to Al-Raeesi, are in line with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to improve the quality and efficiency of government services through the integration of technology, which improves people’s happiness and society’s overall welfare.

DGW is taking part for the sixth year in a row as part of its commitment to highlight and build on its successes in the field of digital transformation, which include projects supported by comprehensive policies and plans that promote Dubai’s development into a smart city.
