Emirates accredited with the excellence in digital customer experience

Emirates’ marketing team has been recognized by Sitecore, one of the world’s leading digital experience platforms, for “Best Use of a Customer Data Platform (CDP)”. Emirates received the prize for exhibiting excellence in the delivery of its digital customer experience (CX) using the Boxever platform at the recent edition of GITEX, Dubai’s technology trade show.

Emirates was chosen from 110 large service organizations for its best-in-class customer experience and digital capabilities. Emirates has invested in CDP solutions such as Boxever, which was acquired by Sitecore in March 2021, over the past four years, and has used it in conjunction with its unique marketing data platform to meet the complicated needs of clients. Their combined talents are the result of close coordination between the Group’s internal marketing team and Boxever, which has remained focused on meeting a demanding consumer agenda.

The award also highlights Emirates’ continuous commitment to providing the greatest customer experiences in the airline industry, both online, on the ground, and onboard.
