Emplifi has launched the Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud which provides CMOs, ecommerce executives, and social media teams with industry-first social commerce tools for generating high conversion rates and higher revenue across social platforms. The ground-breaking platform enables the social shopping experience by synchronising social commerce activities across platforms, providing automated and live assistance during the shopping process, and providing brands with a single, holistic view of their social commerce efforts, as well as advanced analytics.

According to recent industry forecasts, retail social commerce sales in the United States will climb 35 percent this year, reaching more than $36 billion by the end of 2021. In the following four years, that figure is likely to reach about $79 billion.
