His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has received Sarah Friar, Chief Financial Officer of OpenAI, a leading artificial intelligence research organization.

The meeting focused on OpenAI’s latest solutions in artificial intelligence and the organization’s efforts to advance technologies, tools, and applications across key sectors worldwide.

His Highness underlined the importance of artificial intelligence in driving innovation and shaping the future of economic and scientific progress. He also stressed the value of building strategic partnerships with global institutions in this fast-developing sector.

In addition, the discussion included:

• Ways to strengthen the UAE’s role as a global technology hub
• Supporting the development of a knowledge-based, competitive economy through advanced technologies
