Acer Unveils Education-Focused Products at BETT 2025

Acer has unveiled an exciting range of education-oriented products at the BETT 2025 show, reinforcing its commitment to transforming the digital learning landscape. The company launched five cutting-edge product series, designed to meet the needs of modern classrooms across K-12 and higher education. With a focus on durability, eco-friendliness, and adaptability, Acer’s innovations aim to enhance learning experiences while reducing environmental impact.

Durable Chromebooks for School Use

Acer’s latest Chromebook lineup includes the Acer Chromebook Spin 512, Spin 511, and Chromebook 511. Built for classroom resilience, these devices feature serviceable keyboards, reinforced I/O ports, and impact-resistant designs that meet MIL-STD 810H standards. This ensures they can withstand accidental drops of up to 122 cm. With spill-resistant designs and TÜV Rheinland-certified Eyesafe® displays, these Chromebooks are perfect for the rigorous demands of school life. Additionally, they incorporate eco-friendly materials such as PCR plastic and OceanGlass™ touchpads made from ocean-bound plastic.

The Acer Chromebook Spin 512 will be available in EMEA from March 2025, starting at USD 349, while the Spin 511 starts at USD 329 and the Chromebook 511 at USD 299.

TravelMate Laptops for Hybrid Learning

Acer’s new TravelMate laptops, including the TravelMate B5 14, TravelMate B3 11, and TravelMate B3 Spin 12, are engineered for today’s hybrid classrooms. These devices offer shock-absorbent bumpers, reinforced brackets, and mechanically anchored keyboards to ensure long-lasting performance. MIL-STD 810H certified, the TravelMate series also integrates Acer PurifiedVoice with AI-enhanced noise reduction for improved online learning experiences. The TravelMate B5 14 features a 14-inch FHD display, while the TravelMate B3 11 is compact with a 11.6-inch design, ideal for portability. The TravelMate B3 Spin 12, with its 360-degree hinge and TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light-certified display, facilitates collaborative learning.

The TravelMate B5 14 will be available in EMEA from February 2025, starting at USD 400 +VAT, with the TravelMate B3 Spin 12 at USD 430 +VAT and the TravelMate B3 11 at USD 330 +VAT.

The Acer Chromebook Tab 311 is an affordable, secure tablet designed for students. Weighing only 610g, it offers MIL-STD 810H compliance for added durability. Equipped with an 8,000 mAh battery for up to 10 hours of battery life, the Chromebook Tab 311 ensures all-day productivity. Optional accessories like a portfolio case with multi-angle stand and a folio keyboard make it perfect for versatile tasks, including typing, drawing, and viewing.

The Acer Chromebook Tab 311 will be available in EMEA in Q2 2025, starting at USD 329.

Dual-Screen Innovation with Acer PD3 Series Monitors

Acer’s PD3 Series portable foldable monitors bring dual-screen productivity to a new level. Available in two sizes—15.6 inches (PD163Q) and 18.5 inches (PD193Q E)—these monitors feature Dual FHD resolution (2160 x 1080) and ergonomic hinges for optimized viewing angles. With Acer VisionCare™ technology to reduce eye strain, the PD3 monitors are perfect for multitasking and enhancing productivity in educational settings.

The Acer PD3 Series monitors will be available starting February 2025, with the PD163Q priced at USD 399 and the PD193Q E at USD 499.

Acer PD1520Us Projector for Big-Screen Learning

The Acer PD1520Us ultra-short-throw LED projector offers a 100-inch image from just a few centimeters, making it ideal for classrooms and training spaces. Weighing only 740g, the projector features Auto 2D Keystone correction, 4K compatibility, a 30,000-hour LED lifespan, and interactive app integration to enhance presentations and learning experiences.

The Acer PD1520Us projector will be available in EMEA from March 2025, priced at USD 699, with the optional battery kit for USD 99 and the interactive module for USD 199.
