Dataiku, a Universal AI Platform provider, has announced the expansion of its LLM Mesh ecosystem, offering secure access to thousands of large language model (LLM) gateways. This initiative empowers data and analytics teams to scale GenAI-driven solutions using a multi-LLM approach, facilitating the seamless integration of diverse models from major cloud and AI vendors, including AWS, Databricks, Google Cloud, and Snowflake.

The newly introduced Dataiku LLM Registry addresses a critical governance gap, enabling CIOs and their teams to qualify, document, and manage the use of various LLMs across different use cases. This feature ensures regulatory compliance and effective management of LLM technologies within organizations.

“Our goal is to help our customers future-proof their GenAI strategies,” said Florian Douetteau, co-founder and CEO of Dataiku. “The LLM Mesh offers secure access to thousands of models, supporting a true multi-LLM strategy and reducing the risk of relying on a single AI provider.”

Dataiku’s approach supports the complex reality of LLM usage in enterprises, accounting for cost, performance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. As the industry’s only infrastructure-independent vendor, Dataiku provides flexibility and choice, allowing organizations to build and deploy GenAI applications that drive business value.

Nancy Gohring, IDC Senior Research Director, AI, highlighted the importance of this approach, noting that enterprises will need the ability to quickly evaluate and swap models as new ones emerge and use cases evolve.

Dataiku’s expanded LLM Mesh ecosystem and LLM Registry offer organizations the tools needed to navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of GenAI, ensuring they can implement effective and scalable AI strategies.
