DGHR, Digital Dubai Sign MoU to Accelerate Dubai’s Digital Agenda

In a significant move to support the ‘Dubai Economic Agenda D33’, the Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Digital Dubai Authority. The partnership aims to enhance collaboration in creating a digital work environment and providing innovative solutions to accelerate the Dubai Government’s digital transformation journey.

The MoU was signed at DGHR’s headquarters in the presence of H.E. Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of DGHR, and H.E. Matar Saeed AlHemeiri, CEO of the Digital Dubai Authority. This strategic agreement will focus on technical support, capacity building, and human resources development to drive digital transformation across various government entities. It will also improve connectivity and integration within human resources systems, promoting a seamless, efficient, and effective government.

At the signing ceremony, DGHR acknowledged the valuable contributions of Digital Dubai’s employees in facilitating collaboration between the two entities. This recognition highlights their role in advancing innovation and digital transformation in line with Digital Dubai’s commitment to supporting its workforce.

H.E. Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of DGHR, expressed his honor in forming a strategic partnership with Digital Dubai, emphasizing the commitment to advancing Dubai’s digital transformation. He stated, “This agreement will empower us to enhance human resources processes, bolster technical capabilities, and ensure that Dubai remains at the forefront of digital innovation.”

H.E. Al Falasi also acknowledged the efforts of Digital Dubai’s staff in ensuring the success of this collaboration, stating, “Our team at DGHR is steadfast in promoting integration among government entities, supporting Dubai’s forward-looking vision, and achieving the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.”

H.E. Matar Saeed AlHemeiri, CEO of the Digital Dubai Authority, highlighted the enduring nature of the partnership, saying, “This agreement marks a new phase of integration between our entities, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a leader in digital transformation, particularly in human resources, which plays a crucial role in this journey.”

The partnership between DGHR and Digital Dubai is set to foster a flexible and innovative work environment, further driving the Emirate’s efforts to meet its future aspirations through digital advancements.
