Dubai Chamber of Commerce hits first on Dubai Government Customer Happiness Index 2021

The Dubai Chamber of Commerce has been ranked first in the Dubai Government Customer Happiness Index 2021, which assesses the quality of services provided by government entities in Dubai in accordance with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai’s directives.

The Chamber obtained a customer satisfaction rating of 91.9 percent, with its efforts to service the private sector effectively and improve ease of doing business in line with Dubai’s strategic objective. His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, announced the index’s results yesterday.

Through its website and mobile applications, the Dubai Chamber of Commerce currently offers 50 smart services to Dubai’s business sector. These services range from certificates of origin, attestation, ATA Carnets, and credit reports to economic research, market intelligence, policy advocacy, business mentorship, business matching, mediation, and e-commerce, startups, sustainability, CSR, legal issues, and international expansion training, seminars, and workshops.
