e& enterprise, the digital transformation arm of e&, has successfully completed its US$ 60 million acquisition of GlassHouse. GlassHouse, a prominent provider of managed cloud, business continuity, and SAP infrastructure services, is based in Türkiye. This acquisition, which was first announced in June, significantly strengthens e& enterprise’s position in the global digital transformation space. The deal enhances e& enterprise’s private cloud and managed services offerings, particularly targeting the banking and financial services sectors. By acquiring GlassHouse, e& enterprise aims to further expand its robust digital portfolio and meet the growing demand for cloud services.
This strategic acquisition aligns perfectly with e& enterprise’s ongoing international growth strategy, which focuses on high-potential markets. The acquisition marks an important milestone in the company’s expansion into Türkiye, as well as strengthening its presence in Qatar and South Africa. With the integration of GlassHouse, e& enterprise now operates in a total of 34 countries, covering diverse markets across the globe.

The company serves over 2,000 enterprises, including nine of Türkiye’s top ten banks, making it a trusted service provider. As part of the deal, GlassHouse will continue to operate independently, retaining its brand identity and leadership structure. It will function as a wholly-owned subsidiary of e& enterprise, leveraging the parent company’s resources and global network.
