Huawei AppGallery and EESF Partner to Elevate UAE Esports

Huawei AppGallery and the Emirates Esports Federation (EESF) have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at driving growth and innovation in the esports and mobile gaming sectors across the region. The MoU was officially signed by His Highness Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Bin Sultan Bin Shakhboot Al Nahyan, President of the Emirates Esports Federation, and William Hu, Managing Director of Huawei Consumer Business Group, Middle East and Africa Eco Development and Operation.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone in the fast-growing esports market, with both parties combining their expertise to enhance opportunities for gamers and developers. Through this collaboration, the Emirates Esports Federation will provide government endorsements and professional player support for the AppGallery Gamers Cup (AGC) tournaments in the UAE. The alliance also seeks to boost the development and promotion of mobile games on the Huawei AppGallery.
