OPSWAT, a global provider of cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure, will participate in GISEC Global 2025, taking place from May 6 to 8 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The event is organized in partnership with the UAE Cybersecurity Council and the Dubai Electronic Security Center.

At GISEC Global, OPSWAT will present technologies designed to secure interconnected IT and OT systems. As cyber threats evolve, protecting critical infrastructure has become a key priority for governments and industries worldwide.

Sertan Selcuk, Vice President for METAP and CIS at OPSWAT, said the focus will be on real-world solutions that address growing security challenges. The company will also explore new ways to support the safe development of industrial technologies.

Attendees will be able to explore the CIP Mobile Lab, featuring live demonstrations by OPSWAT experts. The lab will be connected to a Nuclear Plant Model Reactor, offering a hands-on look at cybersecurity in sensitive environments.

OPSWAT will also take part in speaking sessions throughout the event. On Day 1, a live hacking session will be held on the Dark Stage to demonstrate current threat risks. On Day 2, OPSWAT’s CEO Benny Czarny will speak on the Government Stage, addressing modern approaches to cybersecurity in complex, connected systems.

Also on Day 2, Kris Voorspoels, Director of Products and Solutions, will join a panel on the Critical Infrastructure Stage. The discussion will focus on the cybersecurity risks facing Industrial IoT in the oil and gas sector.

To support skills development in the region, OPSWAT Academy will offer free certifications in key cybersecurity areas. These include File Security, Secure Storage, Email Protection, Web Traffic Protection, and Data Transfer Security.

OPSWAT’s presence at GISEC Global reflects its ongoing effort to improve cybersecurity across the Middle East and beyond. Through technology, training, and industry collaboration, the company aims to help protect the systems that power modern economies.
