Presight, a global big data analytics company powered by AI, has confirmed its participation at GITEX Africa 2025. The announcement highlights the company’s expanding footprint across the African continent.
Africa is a key market for Presight. The company is currently active in Angola, Congo, Gambia, Mauritius, Seychelles, Tanzania, Togo, and Zambia. Its mission is to bring AI solutions, already proven in the UAE, to address real-world challenges in Africa. Through its Applied Intelligence approach, Presight aims to unlock value in sectors like public services, smart cities, energy, and finance.
According to Dr. Adel Al Sharji, Chief Operating Officer at Presight, the company is committed to enabling Africa’s digital transformation. “Presight is proud to support the continent with knowledge transfer and access to advanced technology,” he said. “We are expanding rapidly to meet growing demand for AI from governments and enterprises. Our focus is on building inclusive and scalable solutions.”
Presight is part of the G42 group, which supports the UAE’s vision of strengthening Africa’s digital ecosystem. Dr. Al Sharji added that AI is already reshaping governance, agriculture, and city planning. By working with public institutions and local partners, Presight is helping to accelerate digital progress across Africa.
At GITEX Africa 2025, Presight will showcase its latest AI products. These include Presight LifeSaver, an AI-powered emergency response platform, and Presight Synergy, a solution designed to drive operational efficiency across multiple industries.
Presight executives will also take part in key sessions during the event. On April 14, Sheik Muhammad Shameen Hosenbocus and Fadi Hakim will speak on the topic “Revolutionizing Cognitive Cities with AI-Driven Smart Grids.” On April 15, Dr. Al Sharji will deliver a keynote titled “Agentic AI for Smarter Farming and Increased Production.”
