Capital Bank has chosen proven Solution to Deploy Humanoid Robot ‘Pepper’ for Retail Banking in Jordan. Proven Solution mainly provides Artificial Intelligence (AI), robots, and virtual and augmented reality solutions. With this project, the technology firm will deploy its robot management system, PRoMS (an in-house, sophisticated tech solution), to increase customer success, improve customer experience, and elevate banking operations across several verticals.

Capital Bank’s project seeks to use Proven Solution’s PRoMS software to create a dependable and failsafe banking system for its customers. Pepper, a social humanoid robot, has been deployed as part of the company’s retail banking team. This is also the first time in Jordan that a bank has implemented an AI-enabled robot across its primary branches to improve customer experience.

The rapid adoption of robotics software across a variety of industries, as well as its subsequent success, has worked as a spur for this collaboration. Proven Solution and Capital Bank will use the project to tap into the potential of AI-enabled robotics solutions to assist a variety of banking verticals, ultimately driving core business objectives. Pepper will assist consumers by giving support and information about financial services, thanks to PRoMS technology. Customers will be able to get help in both English and Arabic thanks to Pepper’s bilingual feature.

Pepper will be introduced at Capital Bank’s promotional events. The bank has deployed four robots across its key branches to interact with clients and assist them during branch visits, lowering wait times and improving overall user experience through the benefits of automation.
