Samsung Celebrates Paris 2024 with Immersive Olympic™ Rendezvous Experience at Square Marigny

Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., a Worldwide Olympic and Paralympic Partner, has officially launched its latest pop-up experience, Olympic™ rendezvous @ Samsung | Square Marigny, to mark the beginning of the Olympic Games Paris 2024. This innovative venue is a celebration of sport, technology, and design, located in the heart of Paris near some of the city’s most iconic landmarks and Olympic venues. The structure, crafted by world-renowned architect Jean Nouvel, features a sleek glass façade and is designed to offer visitors an unforgettable, immersive journey through the Olympic spirit and Samsung’s technological evolution.

Upon entering the venue, visitors are greeted with dynamic multimedia displays honoring global athletes and Olympic values. A standout attraction is the Openness Monument, a captivating spherical screen displaying high-definition footage of newer Olympic sports such as skateboarding, breaking, and surfing. The space also offers a visual journey through Samsung’s decades-long Olympic partnership, showcasing exclusive Olympic Edition Galaxy devices from past games.

The Square Marigny experience also offers interactive stations where guests can test the latest Samsung innovations, including the newly launched Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6. Guests are encouraged to explore Galaxy AI features, experience foldable technology firsthand, and even participate in classic Olympic pin trading. Visitors will also receive limited-edition Samsung Paris 2024 Olympic Pins. One of the venue’s creative highlights is a foldable video wall built using recycled Galaxy Z Fold5 devices, showcasing compelling Olympic-themed content and sports highlights.

Open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM, the venue will be active throughout the Olympic Games until August 11, and will reopen from August 29 to September 8 to celebrate the Paralympic Games. Samsung plans to host special events throughout the summer to engage fans and celebrate athletes.

As part of its broader support for the Olympic experience, Samsung is equipping athletes with the Galaxy Z Flip6 Olympic Edition and is providing fans with Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphones to stream events in ultra-high quality. To further enhance convenience at Olympic venues, Samsung is also introducing universal Charging Stations across key locations, ensuring fans and participants stay connected throughout the Games.

This initiative underscores Samsung’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and global unity, bringing fans closer to the action and offering a powerful intersection of sport and technology in one of the world’s most iconic cities.
