The Sanjeevv Bhatia (SB) showcased its smart property management and system integration solutions for 200 key hospitality industry stakeholders at The Hospitality Network’s Stakeholder Conference 2021 at the Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts. In an exclusive “Experience Room” set up for the event, stakeholders were able to see the revolutionary products and services brought to market by Netix Controls, a smart building management solutions provider; ODS Global, a smart systems integrator; and Teknoware, an intelligent emergency lighting manufacturer.

“The SB Group was able to give stakeholders a live demo of the massive integration-enabled advantages they can unlock for their hospitality properties”, says Sanjeevv Bhatia, Founder and CEO of the SB Group.

He added, “The average hospitality property is dealing with 40 to 50 vendors, from whom they have sourced embedded systems. As opposed to many tier-1 service providers, who charge a minimum $500,000 to millions of dollars to simply onboard these assets to a single platform; the SB Group’s solution for such system integration is within the grasp of even SME businesses, regardless of whether the property is a new project, or an existing one”.

“The opportunity to demonstrate Netix Control’s connected approach, ODS Global‘s Multi-source Service Integration (MSI), and Teknoware’s revolutionary lighting systems, live, for the crème-de-la-crème of the industry was a brilliant opportunity for the SB Group”, Sanjeevv adds.

“We have already been inundated with enquiries and strong interest from the visiting stakeholders and their organizations, I strongly believe that The Stakeholder Conference 2021 will be a turning point, for the hospitality industry, as well as sustainability and smart services goals set for the region”, Sanjeevv Bhatia concludes.

The automation systems on show may be used in both greenfield and brownfield projects to create buildings that are seamlessly connected, monitored, and managed. For interested stakeholders, the demo wall contained a live command and control centre (iICCC) — a nerve centre for smart city solutions – for developers, facility managers, consultants, and fit out businesses. Prestigious international hotel brands with a portfolio of both current and new properties around the world were also among the stakeholders.

Integration possibilities of several systems with the Netix Konnect iIBMS platform were also on exhibit. The featured solutions included cutting-edge Wi-Fi enabled and remote operable thermostat designs that reduce hardware dependence; and the integration of hardware and software to achieve a seamless GRMS workflow, with guests being able to see utilities consumption monitored and tracked on a live screen.

Visitors to the Experience Room saw a live demonstration of the Netix Konnect platform’s real-time alarm generating, utility consumption and energy monitoring capabilities, as well as asset lifecycle enhancement features. The Netix iICCC – a single window access to real-time smart city data with energy management, data analysis, security, fault detection and diagnostics, and many other capabilities – was also on display, allowing for business intelligence, Big Data analysis, and IoT integration for an entire city via powerful analytical dashboards.

Netix Controls can not only connect GRMS and BMS in the hotel business, but it can also be programmed to remember a specific guest’s preferred settings – such as energy consumption, real-time usage, preferences, and more – which are instantly shared whenever the guest checks in again. This allows for the prediction and management of energy consumption, as well as the provision of highly tailored services. Similarly, the Teknoware emergency lighting systems that the SB Group has introduced in the region are the first in the region to be able to easily interface with any BMS while also being able to function as a stand-alone system. The assets in the emergency lighting system range from beautiful designer components to sturdy emergency lights that can resist the roughest situations and climates.
