ServiceNow Acquires Quality 360 to Boost AI-Driven Manufacturing Quality

ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), the AI platform for business transformation, has acquired Quality 360 from Advania to enhance its capabilities in the manufacturing sector. Quality 360, built natively on the ServiceNow platform, will improve quality management within the ServiceNow Manufacturing Commercial Operations (MCO) solution, providing manufacturers with proactive, AI-driven insights to address quality issues across the production lifecycle. By leveraging automation and data analytics, manufacturers can reduce operational costs, mitigate reputational risks, and enhance efficiency.

Quality management challenges in manufacturing can account for 15–20% of sales revenue, according to the American Society for Quality. Quality 360 enables manufacturers to identify and resolve issues from source identification to containment, corrective action, and resolution. The acquisition aligns with ServiceNow’s strategy to help manufacturers streamline commercial operations, manage complex partner ecosystems, and drive revenue growth through AI-powered automation and real-time visibility.
