Tech Mahindra launches “Synergy Lounge” with IBM and Red Hat

Tech Mahindra, a provider of digital transformation, consulting, and business re-engineering services and solutions, has announced the release of Synergy Lounges, which were developed in collaboration with IBM and Red Hat.

The first Synergy Lounge opened in Bengaluru, with a focus on edge, 5G, and software-defined networking solutions, with the goal of accelerating enterprises’ hybrid cloud journeys globally. The Synergy Lounge will be launched at the Tech Mahindra Electronic City office in Bengaluru, followed by the opening of three more centers in London (UK region), Seattle (USA region), and Melbourne (ANZ region).

Synergy Lounge solidifies the strategic collaboration between Tech Mahindra, IBM, and Red Hat and will act as a technology powerhouse to enable enterprises to address complex business challenges while also improving agility and enhancing customer experiences by leveraging hybrid cloud solutions.

Synergy Lounges, based on the Hex-I concept, will combine Tech Mahindra’s design thinking approach and solution concept with hybrid cloud and AI technology from IBM and Red Hat to create new offerings for businesses around the world. These centers will assist enterprises in addressing complex business problems and enhancing customer experiences while lowering operational costs and scaling workforce efficiency across key industry sectors such as telecommunications, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and energy and utilities, among others.

The Tech Mahindra and IBM Synergy Lounge is intended to provide a comprehensive suite of solutions based on technologies such as IBM Cloud, 5G and software-defined networking, Edge Computing, AI-powered automation, and Cybersecurity, among others, to foster innovation for enterprises, developers, and start-ups globally. The Synergy Lounge will collaborate with Tech Mahindra’s Centers of Excellence for a variety of business verticals, including CME, Automotive, and Manufacturing.

Furthermore, these Innovation Centers will be interconnected across geographies, enabling a global common technology infrastructure and software environment for the development and demonstration of new solutions. These will be joint solutions incorporating IBM and Red Hat technologies that are aligned with Tech Mahindra’s industry priorities in sectors such as telecommunications, manufacturing, and financial services, among others.
