Trellix, the cybersecurity company delivering the future of extended detection and response (XDR), has announced key milestones, strong financial performance across the globe, and continued momentum following the launch of the new company in January.
“Today’s threat landscape quickly mutates and dynamically adjusts to defenses,” said Bryan Palma, CEO, Trellix. “Staying protected depends on your ability to be flexible, open, and adaptable. Trellix is powered by new investments, new leadership, and the trust of our customers to once again disrupt the market. I am proud of what this team has accomplished in our first 100 days as a company and energized by what we have planned next.”
Ashley Arbuckle has joined Trellix as senior vice president of customer success, with the goal of creating and accelerating excellent client experiences in order to achieve the best security outcomes. Prior to joining Trellix, Arbuckle worked at TPx as the company’s chief product officer (CPO), where he was in charge of product strategy and overall success. He’s worked with industry leaders including Cisco, PepsiCo, and PwC, and is known for bringing strategy to execution, creating radical change, and harnessing innovative technology to achieve customer success. Aparna Rayasam was named Trellix’s chief marketing officer (CPO) in March, and Adam Philpott, Michael Alicea, and Tara Flanagan were named chief revenue officers (CRO), CHRO, and general counsel, respectively, in February.
Trellix’s XDR ecosystem continues to expand with 16 new integrations from leading businesses such as Zscaler, Cofense, Tenable, Dell, Illumio, VMware, Fortinet, and others. In 2022, there will be 620 third-party integrations that will generate over 1 trillion events. Nearly 2,000 security rules and machine learning algorithms are assessed by Trellix’s clients’ application telemetry, which is augmented with Trellix knowledge to allow SOC analysts to focus on the most serious threats. With over 200 orchestration plug-ins and playbooks, Trellix speeds up the reaction to these alerts, allowing businesses to address situations faster.
Trellix explored the state of cybersecurity through three recently released reports including:
Trellix’s product portfolio is being bolstered by new strategic alliances. The company expanded its Security Innovation Alliance (SIA), which includes RSA SecurID, Allied Telesis, Bullwall, Knowbe4, Entrust, SecureCo, Devo, Fluency, Votiro, and GetVisibility. In addition, EMEA partner Cyberlinx has signed a deal to offer a complete XDR architecture to one of the world’s major power utility firms.
The company’s participation in MITRE resulted in nearly 100% visibility across all steps. These are the best visibility and detection results the company has ever achieved.
The Genesis of Trellix event was held on March 31 in Dubai, continuing the company’s launch momentum. More than 100 customers, partners, media, and VIPs attended the event, which featured more than three minutes of Trellix magnified on the world’s highest structure, the Burj Khalifa.
