Powered by Google Cloud’s Vertex AI and Gemini models, the solution is designed to help healthcare organizations streamline medical record analysis. The agent is currently in private preview, enabling both payer and provider organizations to take advantage of the combined capabilities of generative AI and automation.

This new AI-driven tool dramatically improves the process of summarizing medical records. Built with UiPath Agent Builder, the agent provides clinician-level summaries in a fraction of the time it would normally take a healthcare professional. The traditional process of summarizing medical records takes an average of 45 minutes, but with the UiPath agent, it’s completed in just minutes.

By automating record summarization, healthcare organizations can reduce manual efforts and cut costs. This leads to significant savings, less rework, and improved revenue opportunities. The agent also helps reduce the time spent on tasks such as patient referral intake and utilization management reviews, saving up to 40 minutes per referral and cutting prior authorization turnaround times by up to 50%.
