Vertiv, MMR Launch AI Innovation Roadshow in the Riyadh

Vertiv (NYSE: VRT), a global critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions company, in collaboration with MMR, a subsidiary of Midis Energy Group (part of the Midis Group), has launched its AI Innovation Roadshow in the Middle East. The first event took place on September 25th at the Fairmont Riyadh, marking the start of a series designed to educate customers and consultants on managing high-density compute environments.

The Roadshow aims to engage professionals in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and High-Performance Computing (HPC) with experts from Vertiv, providing participants with in-depth knowledge about accelerated computing. This initiative aligns with Vertiv’s commitment to advancing AI-ready infrastructure solutions and reinforces its leadership in the digital infrastructure space.

Discussions included optimizing power for AI workloads, exploring alternative power solutions, and assessing the readiness for liquid cooling technologies and future architectural advancements.

The event also showcased Vertiv’s latest innovations in liquid cooling, crucial for managing the increasing heat outputs of high-density computing environments. Industry experts from the EMEA region shared their insights on AI infrastructure requirements and management. The collaboration between Vertiv and MMR highlighted a commitment to fostering dialogue and cooperation in advancing industry-specific technologies.

Sessions addressed a wide range of power distribution topics, from the electrical grid to rack-specific solutions, and explored the use of energy storage in AI-ready infrastructures.
