She has held leadership positions at Judo Bank and Endeavour Group and has served as an advisor at McKinsey &amp; Company. Her early AI research at IBM earned her four patents and publications in top-tier journals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mohamed Abdel Razek, Group Head of Transformation, Technology, and Information at Mashreq, welcomed the appointment. He noted that Xi\u2019s experience in enterprise-scale AI and her focus on ethical and explainable AI would support Mashreq\u2019s innovation goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Xi will oversee the development and execution of AI initiatives across all business units.
