Officials reported that by leveraging MOHRE\u2019s advanced technology, e&amp; money aims to simplify salary transfers, reduce cash reliance, and support the government\u2019s push towards a cashless economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H.E. Dalal Alshehhi, Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Labour Protection at MOHRE, revealed that the partnership reflects MOHRE\u2019s commitment to safeguarding workers\u2019 rights. She said the expansion of wage protection services through e&amp; money, in its first phase, will extend the Wage Protection System (WPS) to cover domestic workers. This move will ensure broader access to regulated financial services and guarantee timely salary payments. Employers will now be able to pay domestic workers\u2019 salaries in a few simple steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melike Kara, CEO of e&amp; money, stated that the collaboration is about innovating financial accessibility to empower workers and support businesses. She added that integrating MOHRE\u2019s WPS model into the e&amp; money platform makes salary management more efficient and inclusive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through the partnership, MOHRE\u2019s Wage Protection System (WPS) APIs are integrated into e&amp; money\u2019s platforms. APIs allow secure communication between e&amp; money\u2019s app and MOHRE systems, ensuring efficiency and compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The e&amp; money app enables individuals employing domestic workers registered with MOHRE to access wage protection services. Once registered via the MOHRE services section within the app, users automatically see the worker\u2019s name and salary details, allowing for fast, hassle-free payments. Wage data is securely stored and documented through integration with MOHRE systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Domestic workers benefit from new financial tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each worker receives an IBAN, a digital wallet, and a Mastercard prepaid card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>e&amp; money is offering an introductory free card for up to two employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The platform guarantees the best exchange rate for international transfers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Officials reported that the initiative drives financial inclusion for a largely unbanked population.
