He succeeds Steve Vintz, who was recently named Co-Chief Executive Officer alongside Mark Thurmond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brown is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of experience in the technology sector. He most recently served as CFO of Altair <a href=\"https:\/\/techxmedia.com\/en\/?s=Engineering\">Engineering<\/a>, driving strategic growth, double-digit software revenue, and margin expansion. Brown also played a key role in Altair\u2019s $10.7 billion sale to Siemens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, he held senior finance positions at NortonLifeLock, Symantec, Blue Coat, Brocade, NETGEAR, and KPMG.
