The achievement was made possible through a satellite-enabled smart water detection initiative, which conserved 1,331 million gallons of water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eng. Faisal Al Sarkal, Director of the Water Department at SEWA, revealed that satellite technology was used to survey the 5,000 km-long network.
