The funding will support its ambitious growth plans in the UAE and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The landmark deal, among the largest in the MENA region, was secured with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) and First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB). With a tenor of up to 10 years, the facility will accelerate Khazna\u2019s operational expansion across the MENA region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fabio Cattaneo, CFO of Khazna Data Centers, revealed, \u201cKhazna is the foundational layer for the emerging AI-enabled economy. Our work supports complex, resource-intensive <a href=\"https:\/\/techxmedia.com\/en\/category\/emerging-technologies\/artificial-intelligence\/\">AI<\/a> workloads.\u201d He added that access to capital reflects Khazna\u2019s strong financial position and disciplined capital management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Mordor Intelligence, the MENA region\u2019s total data center capacity is set to double over the next five years. With this financing, Khazna aims to maintain its 73% market share in the UAE and expand in other markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Khazna currently has multiple projects underway, including two new facilities in Abu Dhabi, one in Dubai, and the region\u2019s first AI-enabled data center in Ajman. The financing will allow rapid expansion, aided by a modular construction approach that reduces costs, environmental impact, and build time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ludovic Nobili, Group Chief Corporate, Wealth, and Investment Banking Officer at ADCB, reported, \u201cThis transaction highlights ADCB\u2019s commitment to the UAE\u2019s knowledge-based, future-focused economy.
