The UAE\u2019s Artificial Intelligence<\/a>, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications Office, in collaboration with Google<\/a>, has announced the launch of the \u201cAI for All\u201d initiative. The program was unveiled during the UAE Coding Day event, \u201cUAE Codes 2025.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative aims to build individuals\u2019 capabilities and equip them with technological skills through comprehensive training on artificial intelligence fundamentals. It targets all age groups and professional backgrounds and will be implemented across the UAE throughout 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Generative AI is projected to significantly boost the UAE economy, potentially adding AED 298 billion, according to a 2025 report by Public First. This economic potential highlights the growing importance of AI skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Omar Sultan Al Olama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications, revealed that the collaboration with Google reflects the UAE Government\u2019s forward-looking vision. He said it focuses on empowering society to leverage AI as a key tool for improving well-being and reshaping sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He added that the partnership with one of the world\u2019s leading AI and technology companies demonstrates strong cooperation between government and private sectors to advance the UAE\u2019s digital economy and expand access to AI technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anthony Nakache, Managing Director of Google MENA, said the \u201cAI for All\u201d initiative is built on a shared belief that AI\u2019s benefits must be accessible to everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nakache explained, \u201cBy providing students with advanced Gemini models, empowering SMBs with growth tools, and supporting teachers and journalists, we are helping to build a future where every member of the community can participate confidently in the AI economy.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the initiative, educational programs will be held to train students, university learners, employees, content creators, and individuals of all ages to use AI responsibly and safely. These programs will also focus on writing effective prompts for generative AI and developing creative skills through AI-powered tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative also supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with a dedicated educational series on how to use AI for growth and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier this month, Google provided university students with 12 months of free access to \u201cGemini 2.5,\u201d its most advanced model, along with other features that promote continuous and creative learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
