ServiceNow<\/a>, the AI platform for business transformation, has announced a multi-year agreement with ejada Systems and Al Rajhi Bank, one of the world\u2019s largest banks. The collaboration aims to transform the Bank\u2019s operations and enhance efficiency through the ServiceNow AI<\/a> Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n According to the announcement, Al Rajhi Bank will use the ServiceNow AI Platform to automate workflows and improve customer and employee experiences across HR, IT, and Financial Services. Ejada Systems, a Consulting and Implementation partner of ServiceNow, will manage the deployment and integration of the platform across the Bank\u2019s operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The agreement is among the largest digital transformation projects in the region.
