AI<\/a> startups designed and tested advanced solutions aimed at improving efficiency and performance in the public sector. DCAI selected the top startups from 1,300 global submissions from entrepreneurs, innovators and technology companies. The challenges addressed were based on 105 use cases submitted by more than 20 government entities.<\/p>\n\n\n\nDuring the programme\u2019s demo day, the startups showcased the solutions they co-developed with government partners. The event was attended by Chief AI Officers from across Dubai\u2019s public sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Highlighted solutions included:
\u2022 Enterprise GenAI productivity tools for employees
\u2022 AI-powered restoration for archaeological artifacts
\u2022 Predictive analytics tools for financial systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Other revealed projects featured AI assistants for call centres, AI-driven population surveys, self-assessment tools for patient symptoms, AI agents for customer complaints, dynamic ambulance deployment, sports itinerary generators and automated data management systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Saeed Al Falasi, Executive Director of DCAI, announced that this edition demonstrated strong collaboration between public and private sectors. He said the results support the objectives of the Dubai Universal Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The demo day also hosted a panel on accelerating public-sector innovation. Speakers included Huda Al Shaikh, Chief AI Officer at the Department of Finance; Marwan Anbar, Chief AI Officer at Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services; and Fatma Alkhaja, Chief AI Officer at the Dubai Health Authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Officials reported that participating AI startups retain full ownership of their intellectual property.
