Digital Dubai<\/a> has launched the \u201cAI Workforce Transformation Program (AI+),\u201d a strategic initiative to train 50,000 Dubai Government employees. The program is delivered in collaboration with the Dubai Government Human Resources Department and the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence, under the umbrella of the Dubai Future Foundation. For example, the leadership track includes expert-led sessions, roundtable discussions, and global case studies on AI adoption strategies. Similarly, the Chief AI Officers track focuses on implementing Dubai\u2019s AI policy and framework through interactive workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In addition, the products and services owners track guides participants from ideation to use case development and impact measurement. The departments and sections managers track helps leaders identify AI opportunities and apply best practices to improve services and automate processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Moreover, the employee track focuses on building practical AI skills for the workplace.
