It aims to address structural challenges facing African health systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, Morocco seeks to bring together public decision-makers, technology leaders, and investors. The focus is on building resilient, equitable, and technologically sovereign <a href=\"https:\/\/techxmedia.com\/en\/category\/smart-sectors\/health-tech\/\">healthcare<\/a> systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the event aligns with Morocco\u2019s ongoing healthcare transformation. It also reflects the country\u2019s commitment to strengthening Africa\u2019s health sovereignty. African Ministers of Health, government officials, global institutions, and industry leaders are expected to attend. In addition, startups and investors will join discussions to boost cooperation and investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over three days, Casablanca will host conferences, workshops, and a large exhibition space. Discussions will cover artificial intelligence in healthcare, telemedicine, and hospital information systems. They will also address data interoperability, cybersecurity, and medical AI regulation. Furthermore, financing and scaling e-health projects will be key topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More than 300 exhibitors are expected to participate. Around 200 startups, including strong Moroccan representation, will also join. In addition, nearly 100 international investors are anticipated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, the Minister of Health and Social Protection, Amine Tehraoui, highlighted Morocco\u2019s vision. He stated that digital technology, data, and artificial intelligence are key drivers of healthcare transformation. He added that technology improves care quality, optimizes resources, and ensures equity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, Youns Bjijou, Managing Director of the Mohammed VI Foundation, emphasized building an integrated ecosystem. He noted that healthcare progress requires training, research, innovation, and equal access to care. He added that the event connects science, technology, and policy to deliver sustainable solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, Trixie LohMirmand, Executive Vice President of Dubai World Trade Centre and CEO of Kaoun International, stressed the event\u2019s global importance. She said it marks a strategic step toward advanced healthcare models in Africa.
