AI infrastructure provider Submer<\/a> has announced the expansion of its technology portfolio and global service capabilities following its acquisition of Radian Arc Operations Pty Ltd earlier this year. The move strengthens its position as a full-stack provider and expands its ability to serve enterprises and telecom operators across the Middle East.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, the Middle East data center market is experiencing strong growth. It is projected to reach USD 7.19 billion by 2031, with a CAGR of 15.36% between 2026 and 2031. This growth is driven by government-led digitalisation initiatives such as the UAE\u2019s National AI Strategy 2031 and Saudi Arabia\u2019s Vision 2030. As a result, sovereign programs across the region are positioning investment in sovereign AI<\/a> infrastructure as a strategic priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Khalid Aljamed, General Manager for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa at Submer, highlighted the company\u2019s evolution. He stated that a decade of leadership in liquid cooling has enabled Submer to deliver end-to-end capabilities, from chip-level systems to live operations. He added that regional operators and governments are seeking partners that can deliver scalable and revenue-generating infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Submer\u2019s full-stack cloud offering integrates inferX, its NVIDIA Cloud Partner AI cloud and edge company, with Radian Arc\u2019s edge GPU infrastructure platform. Consequently, this creates a dual-plane infrastructure model. It enables sovereign, telco-grade cloud services at both the core and network edge. This allows operators to run high-performance AI workloads closer to end users while ensuring data remains within national borders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, Submer Group\u2019s expanded portfolio now covers the entire AI infrastructure stack. The company has access to more than 5GW of land and power pipelines across the UK, USA, India, and the Middle East through partner consortiums. This provides the capacity needed for large-scale AI deployments. Its AI cloud business unit combines inferX with sovereign, telco-focused edge cloud capabilities and AI inference services. It also offers end-to-end design and build expertise for modular and hyperscale data centers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, Submer continues to build on its expertise in IT and liquid cooling. Its capabilities include in-house system design, installation, and advanced cooling technologies, along with integrated AI compute platforms covering networking and storage. These solutions are delivered directly or through strategic partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, the edge computing component plays a key role for telecom operators in the region. Operators are embedding AI systems within their networks to support cloud gaming, real-time analytics, and national digital services. Through Radian Arc, inferX enables deployment of GPU compute, storage, and networking across more than 80 telecommunications carrier networks globally. This helps operators monetise their edge capabilities while scaling AI infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
