Make it in the Emirates 2026<\/a> opens Monday in Abu Dhabi, with 120,000 visitors expected over four days and a range of new features aimed at helping businesses tap into one of the world\u2019s fastest-growing industrial markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fifth and largest edition of the forum is being held under the theme \u201cAdvanced Industry. Emerging Stronger.\u201d It brings together around 1,200 exhibitors across 88,000 square metres at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. The event spans 12 priority sectors, including advanced manufacturing, aerospace and defence, pharmaceuticals, energy, mobility, and sustainable materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, the scale of this year\u2019s event highlights the UAE\u2019s long-term industrial strategy. Industrial GDP has risen by 70 percent since 2021, while exports have more than doubled to AED 262 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, major deals are expected to be announced throughout the week. These will involve government entities, national companies, global corporations, and local businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology will introduce new initiatives to strengthen industrial resilience. These include the next phase of the In-Country Value Program, which has redirected more than AED 473 billion into the national economy. The programme continues to support job creation and strengthen supply chains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year also marks a significant expansion in the event\u2019s format. Four new experiential hubs have been introduced to move beyond traditional deal-making and focus on hands-on industrial capability building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For instance, the Intelligence Hub spans 1,400 square metres and is designed for real-time industrial decision-making. It showcases technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, drones, electric vehicles, batteries, industrial cybersecurity, and smart manufacturing. The hub is structured across locally developed innovations, international technologies, and UAE-global collaborations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, the Industry NextGen Hub focuses on SMEs, start-ups, and entrepreneurs, which account for 61 percent of exhibitors. It offers pitch competitions, investor matchmaking, business-to-business meetings, and workshops on accessing national financing programmes and supply chains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similarly, the Quality Hub provides guidance on certification and accreditation frameworks. It aims to help UAE-manufactured products compete in global markets through standards compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In contrast, the House of Industry introduces an immersive heritage experience. It traces the UAE\u2019s industrial journey from early trade to advanced manufacturing through films, timelines, and interactive exhibits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event is hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology<\/a> in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Abu Dhabi Investment Office, ADNOC, and L\u2019IMAD, and is organised by ADNEC Group. It serves as a national platform to align industrial priorities, capabilities, and opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overall, Make it in the Emirates 2026 reflects the UAE\u2019s continued push to build a resilient and globally competitive industrial economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
