The company also noted that there are more than one billion active conversations between businesses and customers every day across WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram. This allows businesses to deliver more relevant and personalized experiences from the first interaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Businesses can configure their agents to answer company-specific questions, recommend products from catalogs, book appointments, qualify leads, escalate conversations to human representatives when needed, and even close sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, Meta is expanding Business Agent support to Instagram. Businesses can activate the service through the platform, with free access available initially.
