The announcement introduces a wider range of AI-enabled and mainstream computing options powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon processors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new Swift Spin 14 AI is a premium ultraportable convertible laptop powered by either the Snapdragon X2 Elite or Snapdragon X2 Plus processor. The device features a neural processing unit (NPU) delivering up to 80 TOPS, enabling advanced agentic and multimodal AI capabilities. Meanwhile, the Aspire Go 15 becomes the first laptop powered by Qualcomm\u2019s new Snapdragon C platform, targeting users seeking affordable everyday computing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>James Lin, General Manager, Notebooks, Acer Inc., said the combination of Snapdragon X2 Series processors and the laptop\u2019s portable convertible design delivers a powerful experience for users who require high performance, integrated AI processing, and extended battery life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Swift Spin 14 AI supports demanding workloads with up to 32GB LPDDR5X memory and up to 1TB SSD storage. It also includes integrated Adreno graphics with DirectX 12.2 support and hardware-accelerated ray tracing capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, Acer claims the laptop can deliver up to 23 hours of video playback and up to 16.5 hours of web browsing on a single charge. Fast charging is supported through a 100W USB4 Type-C power connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Acer Swift Spin 14 AI introduces a convertible design to Acer\u2019s Swift lineup. Its 360-degree hinge allows the device to switch between laptop, presentation, collaboration, and tablet modes. The 14-inch WUXGA IPS touchscreen supports both touch input and the bundled Acer Active Stylus 420, which uses Wacom AES 2.0 technology with 4,096 pressure levels and tilt detection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The stylus can be stored inside the laptop\u2019s integrated garage and receives up to 100 minutes of usage from a quick 30-second charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designed for portability, the laptop measures between 15.9 mm and 16.5 mm thick and weighs as little as 1.34 kg. It features a cobalt blue aluminum chassis and meets MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability standards. Connectivity options include dual USB Type-C ports, dual USB Type-A ports, and HDMI 2.1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For collaboration and communication, the Swift Spin 14 AI includes a 5MP IR camera with Windows Hello support. It also offers automatic screen locking and eye health reminders. Acer PurifiedView enhances video conferencing through AI-powered camera effects, while Acer PurifiedVoice uses AI-based noise cancellation supported by three microphones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The device also features DTS:X Ultra audio through dual speakers and supports Snapdragon Sound technology for wireless audio experiences. Connectivity is further enhanced with Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, and Bluetooth LE Audio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a Windows 11 Copilot+ PC, the laptop includes on-device AI capabilities designed to improve productivity and creativity. Features such as Click-to-Do provide context-aware actions based on screen content. Acer also integrates its AI software suite, including AcerSense, while the customizable Acer My Key enables one-touch access to applications, websites, and Windows features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside the premium AI laptop, Acer introduced the Aspire Go 15. Powered by the new Snapdragon C processor, the device is designed to deliver responsive performance for web browsing, work, and media streaming while maintaining a cool and quiet operating experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nitin Kumar, VP, Product Management, SVP and GM, Compute and Gaming, Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., said the announcements demonstrate the breadth of the Snapdragon portfolio, ranging from premium AI experiences with the Snapdragon X2 Series to accessible everyday computing through the Snapdragon C platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Aspire Go 15 offers up to 8GB of memory and up to 512GB of storage. Its 15.6-inch display features narrow bezels, while dual full-function USB Type-C ports, HDMI connectivity, and Wi-Fi 6E support provide flexible connectivity options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users can manage battery settings, storage, and applications through AcerSense software. Additionally, the laptop is packaged using 100% recyclable materials and incorporates post-consumer recycled plastic components.
