COMPUTEX 2026<\/strong><\/a> concluded on a high note, reaffirming Taiwan’s position at the center of the global AI industry. Under the theme “AI Together,”<\/strong> the world’s leading AI, computing, robotics, and technology companies gathered in Taipei to showcase innovations, forge partnerships, and explore the next phase of AI-driven transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exhibition attracted 111,312 buyers and visitors from 152 countries and regions<\/strong>, making it one of the most internationally attended editions in recent years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visitors arrived from key markets including Japan, the United States, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, India, Thailand, and Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, COMPUTEX once again demonstrated its importance as a global platform for AI industry collaboration, technology demonstrations, and business matchmaking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Physical AI Takes Center Stage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the biggest themes at COMPUTEX 2026 was the emergence of Physical AI<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AI is rapidly moving beyond virtual environments and into the physical world. According to research by Strategy&, the Physical AI market is expected to reach approximately \u20ac430 billion by 2030<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, large-scale commercialization is expected within the next three to five years. Industries such as manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and aerospace are expected to benefit significantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In response to this trend, COMPUTEX 2026 introduced an AI Robotics Zone<\/strong> for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

COMPUTEX 2026 brought together some of the most influential voices in the technology industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The keynote program opened with Cristiano R. Amon<\/strong>, President and CEO of Qualcomm<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was followed by Matt Murphy<\/strong>, Chairman and CEO of Marvell Technology<\/a>, Lip-Bu Tan<\/strong> of Intel<\/a>, and Rafael Sotomayor<\/strong> of NXP Semiconductors<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The speakers focused on major industry themes including AI computing, edge computing, next-generation mobile platforms, and smart mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Collectively, the four keynote sessions attracted more than 6,000 attendees<\/strong>, reflecting strong industry interest in the future of AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, the COMPUTEX Forum brought together 28 industry leaders and technology experts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Startup innovation remained a major highlight of COMPUTEX 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

InnoVEX, Asia’s leading startup platform, achieved its largest scale ever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than 500 startups<\/strong> participated, representing growth of over 11%<\/strong> compared with last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Startups from 23 countries and regions<\/strong> joined the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea emerged as the three largest participating markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notably, Plug and Play Taiwan<\/strong><\/a>, one of the world’s largest innovation platforms and accelerators, participated alongside Japanese startup exhibition organization Everidge for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This strengthened international innovation collaboration and created new opportunities for market expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, nine national pavilions showcased advanced technologies in AI, robotics, and smart mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participating countries included France, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Australia, Israel, Canada, Italy, and the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The InnoVEX Forum featured speakers from France, Japan, and the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discussions focused on practical AI deployment, infrastructure roadmaps, open-source business models, workflow transformation, and data strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The annual InnoVEX Pitch Contest also continued to support startups through funding opportunities, computing resources, and industry certifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This full-cycle support platform connected startups with global investors and venture capital firms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ultimately, RLWRLD<\/strong> secured the grand prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sustainability Remains a Priority<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside innovation, sustainability remained a key focus at COMPUTEX 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organizers continued promoting the principles of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle (3R)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exhibitors worked together to create a low-carbon, low-energy, and environmentally responsible exhibition environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, the Sustainable Design Awards introduced separate categories for larger exhibitors and emerging brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event partnered with China Airlines<\/strong><\/a> and GQ Taiwan<\/strong><\/a> to create the COMPUTEX Service Lounge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The space combined business networking, lifestyle experiences, and elements of Taiwanese culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, Red Bull and Sleepy Tofu created interactive relaxation zones to enhance the visitor experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exhibition also collaborated with generative artist A-Luan<\/strong> to create a large-scale interactive art installation at the entrance of Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visitors could generate unique digital artworks on a six-meter-high LED structure, creating an engaging blend of technology, creativity, and participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking Ahead to COMPUTEX 2027<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the exhibition concluded, organizers announced that COMPUTEX 2027 will take place from June 1 to June 4, 2027<\/strong>, at Nangang Exhibition Center Halls 1 and 2 and Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event will continue to advance the “AI Together”<\/strong> vision while bringing global technology leaders, innovators, and industry stakeholders together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
