It also seeks to improve operational and field process efficiency while enhancing customer experience and quality of life for internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting forms part of broader Dubai Police efforts to accelerate digital transformation and strengthen the readiness of security and administrative systems. These efforts support the Dubai Government\u2019s vision of building a smart and proactive future government through the strategic adoption of artificial intelligence technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, members reviewed government directives related to migrating services to a shared digital channels framework. This framework aims to improve integration among government entities and enable service delivery through unified and specialized platforms that save time and effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the council discussed targets for transitioning to Agentic AI models. These models are intended to convert 50% of government processes into intelligent, self-executing operations during the next phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The council also examined future work streams. These include the development of a digital governance framework, the adoption of institutional data management policies, the acceleration of automation pathways for police and field operations, and the expansion of pilot technology projects into large-scale operational applications. The objective is to ensure sustainable and measurable impact across services and operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, discussions covered mechanisms for monitoring digital performance indicators, managing technical and cyber risks, and implementing digital training and qualification programmes for employees. These initiatives align with the Dubai Government digital competency framework and aim to enhance workforce readiness for future technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting also reviewed several future initiatives and projects related to digital transformation and artificial intelligence. Additionally, strategic directions and implementation plans were adopted to accelerate transformation efforts across police and administrative sectors.
