Sheikh Yas bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan also attended the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the visit, His Highness commended the establishment of the National Cloud backup data centres in Al Dhafra. He said the initiative strengthens the UAE&#8217;s digital infrastructure and supports the country&#8217;s transition towards a knowledge-based, innovation-driven economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The delegation also briefed His Highness on plans to expand CyberE71&#8217;s business growth and innovation programme in Al Dhafra Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The planned expansion aims to support innovative ideas from entrepreneurs, as well as school and university students. It is expected to encourage innovation, strengthen the regional startup ecosystem, and create more opportunities for young talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The National Cloud initiative forms part of the UAE&#8217;s broader efforts to enhance cyber resilience and strengthen critical digital infrastructure.
