Globe and e&<\/a> have announced a partnership to strengthen international voice services across the Philippine telecom<\/a> operator’s network. The agreement was revealed on 28 July 2026 in Abu Dhabi, UAE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the deal, e& Carrier & Wholesale Services will become Globe’s preferred international voice partner. As a result, global operators will gain a secure and resilient gateway for voice traffic bound for the Globe network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partnership introduces real-time traffic monitoring alongside AI-enabled fraud detection. In addition, it brings intelligent routing and global carrier security capabilities to the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nabil Baccouche, Group Chief Carrier & Wholesale Officer at e&, said the agreement combines Globe’s market reach with e&’s international voice network and routing expertise. Furthermore, he noted that carrier partners will benefit from a secure, efficient route to the Globe network, backed by real-time monitoring and fraud detection tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Darius Delgado, Chief Commercial Officer of Globe, described the partnership as a major step in strengthening the company’s international voice business. He added that working with a global technology leader like e& will help enhance service quality and fraud protection, while delivering greater value to carrier partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new service will draw on several of e&’s voice security tools. These include a voice firewall, AI-enabled fraud prevention, real-time monitoring, advanced analytics, and SIM-box detection. Together, these capabilities aim to support revenue assurance and reduce fraud across international voice routes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, by combining Globe’s reach in the Philippine market with e&’s global carrier network, the partnership will offer international operators a streamlined route to Globe’s network. Carrier partners can expect intelligent routing, greater traffic visibility, and consistent service management as a result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
