The announcement, involves six major financial institutions: Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs, and KKR.

According to the company, demand for AI infrastructure is accelerating rapidly. Countries, governments, enterprises, and startups are all seeking to drive innovation, economic growth, and broader societal benefits through AI. As a result, NVIDIA describes its compute technology as an investable asset, one that offers low token costs, strong revenue potential, and long usable life. Furthermore, it is backed by a wide ecosystem of offtakers built on NVIDIA’s CUDA platform.

To move this vision forward, NVIDIA signed memorandums of understanding with the six institutions. Together, they plan to establish some of the first large-scale compute financing platforms of their kind. These platforms are designed to support the AI infrastructure buildout across NVIDIA’s ecosystem, including frontier AI labs, enterprises, and AI cloud providers. Under the agreements, NVIDIA will collaborate with its partners to create dedicated capital pools at attractive rates for its customers.

Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA, called this a significant milestone for the company. He explained that NVIDIA began by building chips, but is now helping create a new category of productive, investable infrastructure known as AI factories. He added that “In AI, compute is revenue.” Huang also noted that NVIDIA’s compute is broadly adopted, adaptable across different models and workloads, and continually improved through its CUDA software, which extends its useful life. He said the goal of bringing together major long-term capital providers is to help customers access scarce compute at scale and build DSX AI factories capable of powering every industry and country in the AI era.

Executives from each partner institution also weighed in. Apollo President Jim Zelter described modern compute as a scarce, mission-critical asset class with strong investment potential, framing it as part of a broader industrial shift. Meanwhile, BlackRock Chairman and CEO Larry Fink emphasized that the AI buildout will require significant investment and a skilled workforce, adding that the partnership strengthens BlackRock’s ties with NVIDIA while helping connect long-term capital to essential infrastructure.

Similarly, Blackstone President and COO Jon Gray highlighted his firm’s continued large-scale investment across the NVIDIA ecosystem, reaffirming confidence in the platform’s future. Brookfield CEO Bruce Flatt noted that the company is helping scale AI factories as demand grows across industries, positioning compute as a core layer of infrastructure. Goldman Sachs Chairman and CEO David Solomon described the moment as pivotal in a historic AI investment cycle, expressing confidence in NVIDIA’s leadership and enthusiasm for creating a new credit market backed by NVIDIA compute.

In addition, KKR Co-CEOs Joe Bae and Scott Nuttall pointed to their firm’s experience scaling digital infrastructure, stressing that delivery matters more than ambition. They said the partnership combines NVIDIA’s computing platform with KKR’s long-duration capital and infrastructure expertise to convert rising demand into real-world capacity.

Overall, this new wave of AI infrastructure financing reflects a broader shift in how AI compute is being treated, not just as hardware, but as a long-term investable asset. However, all of these partnerships remain subject to the execution of final agreements. As the AI industry continues expanding, this AI infrastructure financing initiative could shape how compute capacity is funded and delivered worldwide in the years ahead.

[9716,9661
1923
9732
post-106764","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-global-brands","category-tech-value-chain","tag-nvidia","contributor-news-desk
["GET
