The project will create a fully integrated digital system. This system will issue building permits automatically, without human intervention. It will read submitted drawings and documents. Additionally, it will verify compliance with the Dubai Building Code and all related technical and engineering requirements. As a result, the process will become faster and more accurate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new system will enable automated building permits for all private and investment villas. This will be done through an intelligent AI agent. The agent will verify plot planning requirements. Furthermore, it will review architectural designs against the Dubai Building Code. It will also assess mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Moreover, it will validate structural safety and building stability requirements. The agent will cross-check data across drawings and supporting documents. According to her, it creates a digital ecosystem capable of accurate and efficient decisions that meet the highest regulatory standards. She added that automated building permits mark a transformative milestone in the customer journey. The project will roll out in three phases over 26 weeks. First, the AI agent will be developed and tested for compliance across multiple engineering disciplines. Next, a pilot phase will run with selected engineering consultancy firms. This phase will evaluate system performance in a live environment and gather user feedback. Finally, the system will be fully rolled out for all private and investment villa applications. It will be fully integrated with the Build in Dubai platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
